At Variety Coffee, we strive for excellence in every roast, but due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee. If you are unsatisfied with your order or have issues with your brewing equipment, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a resolution.

For non-perishable hardware and merchandise, ensure the item is in its original packaging and unused before shipping it back to our roastery.
